TRILOGY LOGISTIC PARK TOMILINO (Moscow)
The project TOMILINO represents a construction of a logistic area near the capital of the Russian Federation. The project is located c. 6 km southeast of Moscow and with its quality, distance and transport availability, it will join the highest quality logistic projects in Russia.The goal of the project is a construction of c. 98 000 m² of stockroom area and 8 000 m² of offices in a 19-hectare piece of land.
EXPANDIA is one of three investors of the project and it actively takes part in its management. The project is planned to be finished in 2009.
