Ing. Vladislav Veselý, MBA - chairman of the board, partner

Having previously worked in ČSOB, Vladislav Veselý became a founder of the Expandia group at the beginning of the 1990s. As a company director, he took part in strategic management of the group's projects both in the Czech Republic and abroad. He graduated in international trade from the University of Economics, Prague, and in 2007, he achieved the MBA degree at Thunderbird - Garvin School of International Management, Phoenix, Arizona.

Ing. Michal Záveský, Ph.D. - executive director, partner

Michal Záveský has been working in the Expandia group since 1994 already. At first, he worked as a capital market analyst; in 1997, he was responsible for establishing of Expandia Invest in Zagreb, which founded and managed the second largest privatisation fund in Croatia, as its director. Since 2003, he has been working as an executive director of Expandia. Both in the Czech Republic and abroad, Michal Záveský has been working on many projects concerning privatisation, restructuralisation, development capital and real estates. Michal Záveský graduated in economy and chemical and food-processing industry management from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague, where he has later achieved the Ph.D. degree, too.

Ing. Tomáš Morava, Ph.D. - project manager

Tomáš Morava came to the Expandia team in 2003 from the consultancy firm ACCON Group, where he took part in implementation of management systems and restructuralisation of smaller and medium-sized firms. In Expandia, he worked in the position of a financial analyst at first, later he became a project manager responsible for management and cordination of several investment projects. Tomáš Morava graduated in business economics and management from the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics, Prague; at this faculty's Department of Business Economics, he achieved the Ph.D. degree, too. In 2002, Tomáš spent a semestre in Denmark studying Copenhagen Business School.
