Residence Musílkova 2nd phase (Sono Estates, s.r.o.)
The special purpose company Sono estates, s.r.o. enlarged the project of Rezidence Musílkova in the half of 2006 with the second phase by acquisition of the land between Musílkova and Slávy Horníka streets in Košíře, Prague. On this land, a modern residence yard will be built, providing an upper standard housing in a location available very well from the centre of Prague.The second phase of Rezidence Musílkova will offer 70-80 high-standard apartments, a sufficient number of underground parking places and small space for commercial use.
EXPANDIA played the role of project's investor and it took part in management and coordination of the project and marketing activities. During 2nd quarter of 2008 Expandia decided to sell off the project to a recognized real estate investor.
