AVALON Business Center

AVALON is the newest and the biggest administrative-retail center in the West Bohemian capital Plzeň. The project is situated near the historical center of Plzeň and as the only one in the center it offers as much as 2 500 m² for offices in one integrated floor, which provides a high user comfort to bigger companies.
AVALON offers a total of 15 000 m² of rentable area (11 000 m² for offices, 2 300 m² for retail and 1 000 m² for gastronomy services).

The building has been finished in the half of 2007.
Expandia is a majority investor of this project, together with developer and co-investor ACRED.
