At the beginning of 2007, Expandia entered the software company ARBES Technologies, s.r.o. as a majority partner.
ARBES, a software developer, was founded in 1991. Till 2005 it operated in the Czech market under the name Merlin. ARBES has developed and supplies a lot of complex and flexible software solutions for banking and finance, including financial and economic management. During its multiyear existence, ARBES has gained much experience in creation, development and support of software solutions.
Expandia currently, after some financial and personal restructuring, takes part in definition and realization of a the company's long-term strategy, emphasizing productivity growth, standardization and penetration of new attractive markets.
